Justin Decker CEO/Owner
Justin Decker is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Buddy’s Services, LLC that encompasses three divisions: Junk Removal, Handyman services, and Lawn and Landscape services. As the CEO, he is primarily responsible for leading Buddy’s Services, LLC and making major decision for the organization which includes leading Buddy’s in long and short-term growth strategies, manage overall operations and resources, and negotiating or approving agreements and contracts for the organization.
Cory Blue Owens COO/Co-Owner
Cory Owens is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer for Buddy’s Services, LLC. He primarily overseas the daily functions of Buddy’s Services, LLC. He oversees installation, maintenance, team training, and field management. He makes sure that Buddy’s Services, LLC services are executed flawlessly and maintained. He is constantly involved in quality control, project surveys, and customer service.
Cortney Decker Business Administrator
Cortney Decker is the Business Administrator. Her strong leadership skills help drive the financial operation, approving purchases and expenditure, mediating between staff and other executives, and streamlining business activities. Cortney also assists with customer service and making sure that are customers are satisfied with Buddy’s Services, LLC services.
Kalayna Owens Creative Director
Kalayna Owens is Buddy’s Services LLC’s very talented Media Manager. She is a communication specialist who, along with the social media manager, develops and implements all targeted content for various media platforms. She edits and creates media content for Buddy’s Services, LLC including photography and videography.
Tiffany Lee Operations Manager
Tiffany Lee is the Operations Manager. She many years of knowledge in sales and long-term business planning. She is responsible for keeping track of the big picture and identifying potential areas of improvement. Her main duties include coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and providing cross-team learning opportunities, assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits, inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best, communicating with team members company priorities, and maximizing the efficiency and overall growth of Buddy’s Services, LLC.
Sara Carter Social Media Manager
Sara Carter brings over 30 years of retail and office management skills to our company. While assisting in the office with customer service, AR, scheduling, and anything else that comes our way, she is also the Social Media Manager, and assisted with the improvement and re-launch of our website.
